I had the honour of screening my Lil’ Xmas Evergreen way back when it was first released in 2014 at the then fairly new, but exceptional, CINETOPIA Film Festival, which takes place in Detroit & Ann Arbour. It was one of the BEST Festival experiences I’d had that year, and I attended over 50 with my film.

The festival, under the direction of Nick Aldernick is now screening Jingle Bell Rocks in their virtual cinema, and Nick hosts a sister podcast called Behind The Marquee in honour of their two historic old cinemas, Ann Arbor’s State Theater and Detroit’s Michigan Theater where my film was first shown.
